1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BuyWell Multi-Level Marketing platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. MLM Business Model

BuyWell operates as a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business. By joining, you agree to:

• Purchase products or services through E-Pin activation
• Build and maintain a network of referrals
• Comply with all MLM regulations and guidelines
• Understand that income is not guaranteed and depends on your efforts

3. Registration and Account Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. E-Pin System and Payments

Our platform uses an E-Pin system for package activation:

• E-Pins are available in ₹2,500 and ₹5,000 denominations
• E-Pins are non-refundable once activated
• Each E-Pin can only be used once
• Fraudulent use of E-Pins will result in account termination

5. Binary Tree and Referral System

Our MLM system operates on a binary tree structure:

• Each member can have two direct placements (left and right)
• Referral bonuses are paid according to our compensation plan
• Binary matching bonuses are calculated based on team performance
• All commissions are subject to applicable taxes and deductions

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The information on this platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
